Project Description
As mobile ordering continues to be a primary touchpoint for food delivery, the goal was to identify usability pain points within the existing Domino’s app and redesign key flows to make ordering faster, clearer, and more intuitive.
Using a user-centered design approach, I analyzed the current app’s navigation, ordering process, and information architecture to uncover areas of friction. Research included competitive analysis, user personas, and user journey mapping, which informed design decisions throughout the process. The redesign prioritizes streamlined ordering, improved navigation, and a more consistent, modern visual system.
The project was created in Figma and includes user flow diagrams, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design mockups for core screens such as Home/Browse, Menu, and Cart/Checkout. Each design decision directly addresses identified pain points and is supported by usability testing and iteration, resulting in a more efficient and visually cohesive Domino’s app experience.
